Are Lote products suitable for the whole family?

Most of our products are suitable for adults and children. We always recommend patch testing first, especially for sensitive skin or young children.

Do your products replace medical treatment?

No. Our products are designed to support and care for the skin naturally. They are not intended to replace medical advice or prescribed treatment. If you have a medical condition, please consult a healthcare professional.

Why do you use ingredients like aloe vera, sidr, black seed and ZamZam water?

We believe Allah has placed benefit in what He has created on this earth. These ingredients have been used for generations in traditional and Prophetic medicine for their gentle, supportive properties.

Why do you use Lote (sidr) in almost all of your products?

Lote (sidr) is at the heart of our formulations because of its long-standing use in traditional and Prophetic-inspired care and is mentioned in several Hadith. It has been used for generations for its cleansing, soothing and strengthening properties, particularly for the skin and hair.

We believe Allah has placed benefit in what He has created, and sidr is one of those ingredients we trust deeply. It is gentle yet effective, supports balance rather than stripping, and works beautifully across many skin and hair concerns — which is why it features in most of our products.

Are your products suitable for sensitive or eczema-prone skin?

Many of our customers with sensitive or eczema-prone skin find our products soothing. However, every skin type is different, so we recommend patch testing before full use.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Our products are made in small batches with care and intention to ensure quality and freshness.

How long will it take to see visible results?

Results vary from person to person. Some customers notice improvements within a few uses, while for others it may take a few weeks of consistent use. Natural products work gently and best when used regularly.

Do you test on animals?

No. We are proudly cruelty-free and never test our products on animals.

How long will my order take to be dispatched?

Orders are processed within 2 working days and then dispatched via a 48-hour tracked service.

Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.
