Refund policy
If for some reason you wish to cancel your order with us and we have not yet shipped your order, you can notify us and we will issue a refund.
We take meticulous care when making and shipping all of our products, however if you are not happy with the products you have already received, you should notify us within 14 days of delivery and return them to us within 30 days of delivery if they are not opened or used in any way. You will have to arrange and pay the cost of returning them to us. Please ensure you take all necessary steps and obtain proof of postage.
Refusal Upon Delivery:
If you refuse the delivery of an order, the package will be returned to us. refund will be issued for the product cost once the package is received and inspected by our returns department.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the refusal is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged goods).
