We aim to have your order sent to you within 3-5 days after your order has been placed. Occasionally there may be delays with the courier, particularly at seasonal times in the year.

Please note, that once your order has been shipped it is out of our control and the courier will be responsible for delivering your order to you. If for any reason your order does not arrive or you have any queries, please email us on info@lotetreehealing.com with your order number and enquiry and we will be more than happy to help.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy for most items. Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not accept returns of bodysuits and intimates.

To initiate a return, please fill out the return form here. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
